RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Petra Leather Crafts, every product is handcrafted from premium full-grain vegetable-tanned leather in Poland.

Because natural leather is a living material, slight variations in grain, color, markings, and texture are normal characteristics and not considered defects.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Leather Care

Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather naturally develops a rich patina over time. Variations in color and character are part of the beauty of genuine handmade leather goods.

 if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
